OPEN ENROLLMENT HAS BEGUN!
It’s that time of year again! Open Enrollment packets were mailed out this week. Due to the continuing pandemic, we will not be having our OE Member meeting this year. Fortunately, there is nothing new to report on. There have been no changes to your health plan benefits. You do, however, need to review your pricing sheets as premiums have changed. If your HMSA band has not changed, you can expect to see a 4% increase for the upcoming plan year. If you move up or down a band you can expect to see a 10% increase or 2% decrease respectively.
The secure member section on our website has been updated. You can go there to download all the plan summaries and general administrative forms. We are encouraging everyone to go digital this year, as physical packets are hard to come by and we will have a limited stock on hand at the office. Special accomodations can be made for companies needing more than 20 packets. Please call the KIAA office to discuss.
We encourage you to review the OE packet you receive in the mail. Take note of the deadlines. We are here to help, so if you have any questiosn, please give us a call or drop us an email. We can also help virtually, by Zoom or Google Meet. We hope that we can see each other face to face very soon.
